FOUR WAYS TO START

What should AI help you solve first?

Start with your tools, team and business goals. Choose a product rollout, model integration or implementation project—you do not need a full platform on day one.

WORKPLACE AI

Workplace AI & team rollout

You want AI in documents, meetings and collaboration, but need to decide which products and roles to start with.

How we help
Map role-based needs, existing licenses and data access; support selection, procurement, pilot setup, training and adoption.
Typical deliverable
Role-based use cases, licensing recommendations and a pilot rollout plan
Discuss this direction
AI FOR DEVELOPERS

AI coding & development workflows

Your developers want AI assistance while retaining code review, testing and team standards.

How we help
Assess options such as GitHub Copilot, Kiro and CodeBuddy against development environments, code-handling boundaries and team adoption needs.
Typical deliverable
Tool assessment, team usage guidelines and pilot findings
Discuss this direction
MODELS & API

Model services & API integration

Your application needs text, image, video or speech capabilities without fragmented integrations and administration.

How we help
Evaluate models against regions, task quality and budgets; test integrations, usage tracking and failure handling. Assess domestic AIGC and global services separately.
Typical deliverable
Model assessment, integration testing and usage management plan
Discuss this direction
AGENTS & WORKFLOWS

Agents & business workflows

You want AI to assist with tasks, not just answers, under defined access controls and human approval.

How we help
Map knowledge sources, system interfaces and tool permissions; design workflows, evaluation, human handoff and operational ownership.
Typical deliverable
Workflow prototype, validation checklist and deployment handover

WORKPLACE AI

Choose workplace AI that fits your environment.

Review your workplace tools, accounts and data before deciding on licensing, setup and training. Explore each product for more detailed selection guidance.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Assess selection and setup around your Microsoft 365 tenant, workplace applications and job roles.

Explore product & services

Gemini Enterprise

Assess editions, connection needs and implementation scope against your work environment and data sources.

Explore product & services

Accounts, editions, service regions and entitlements differ by product. Purchasing and implementation scopes are confirmed separately.

XFUSIONAI

Manage AI beyond the first connection.

XFusionAI is an enterprise AI aggregation and operations platform that brings model access, organization members, quotas, usage and billing into one workspace.

Explore XFusionAI

Access & explore

Use model documentation, debugging and interaction tools to validate tasks and integration methods.

Organizations & quotas

Use members, roles and quota allocation to define who can use services and who manages them.

Usage & billing

Reconcile usage and consumption records to support cost reviews and ongoing evaluation.

Models, API compatibility, features and permissions depend on the delivered version and enabled services. Business outcomes and project costs still require evaluation against your own data.

REAL TASKS, CLEAR SCOPE

Put AI to work on a specific task.

These are possible implementation directions, not customer results. Start with one testable use case before deciding how widely to roll it out.

KNOWLEDGE & SUPPORT

Enterprise knowledge & support

Start here
Start with one document set or department; identify sources, update procedures and authorized users.
What to validate
Check evidence, retrieval permissions, incorrect-answer handling and human handoff—not just demo quality.

CONTENT PRODUCTION

Content production & global storytelling

Start here
Discuss models and API workflows for writing, imagery, video or voice production.
What to validate
Validate source rights, character consistency, output quality, human review and per-task consumption.
Explore the solution
CONNECTED DEVICES

Connected hardware & global applications

Start here
Plan speech, conversation or multimodal integration around device interaction, application backends and target markets.
What to validate
Validate device/cloud responsibilities, connectivity, response behavior, licensing and regional availability.

FROM PILOT TO PRACTICE

Validate first. Then roll out.

Define acceptance criteria before the pilot, so a demo can become a supported deployment. Agree ownership, deliverables and readiness for each stage.

  1. Scope

Agree tasks, the current environment and business ownership.

  2. Define

Define products, data boundaries, budget and acceptance criteria.

  3. Pilot

Test quality, costs and risks with authorized samples.

  4. Deploy

Integrate systems; hand over access controls, training and operating documentation.

  5. Review

Review use against the baseline before expanding or adjusting.

Four checks before launch.

Where data can go

Confirm sensitive information, authorized sources, regions, retention needs and third-party processing boundaries.

What AI may do

Grant only necessary tool access, require approval for important actions and provide shutdown, rollback and handoff paths.

How quality is measured

Use representative tasks to test accuracy, usefulness and review effort; do not treat generated content as fact by default.

Who owns costs and operations

Separate licenses, model usage and implementation fees; agree budgets, support coverage and owners.

FAQ

Questions before you get started.

Should we buy an AI tool or build a custom solution?

Evaluate existing products for routine workplace and development assistance. Consider integration or custom work when you need internal knowledge, business systems or workflows. Begin with a concrete task rather than a platform for its own sake.

Can you help if we already have AI accounts or tools?

We can start with an environment review, integration testing, training or governance. Confirm account ownership, delegated access and vendor terms first; replacing all your tools is not a default requirement.

Will our data be uploaded or used for training?

This depends on the product, model, deployment and contract. Assess what leaves your environment, who processes it, retention and training use. No universal claim of zero retention or no external processing applies to every service.

Can we deploy privately or connect internal knowledge?

We can assess the requirement against model licenses, compute, networking, data access and maintenance capacity. Deployment options differ by product, and knowledge-base connections require separate implementation.

How are pricing and pilot acceptance agreed?

Licensing, model usage, implementation and ongoing services are explained separately. Agree tasks, quality requirements, budget and human review before a pilot; use its results to decide whether to expand. No fixed productivity or return percentage is promised in advance.

More about our enterprise AI services

From experiments to daily work

Successful adoption depends on how people use AI, how it integrates with workflows, and how data, permissions and costs are managed.

AI for office work and development

Explore Microsoft 365 Copilot, WorkBuddy and Gemini Enterprise for office work, alongside GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro and CodeBuddy for development. Verify versions, availability, licensing and procurement conditions individually.

Models and agents

Define target tasks, data boundaries, tool permissions and evaluation methods for content generation, knowledge retrieval and workflow assistance. Domestic and international model services require separate regional and procurement assessments.
